Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. Maintain discipline and follow the queue system. Speak softly and avoid making loud noises in the waiting area. Use mobile phones only in silent mode. If you need any assistance, feel free to approach the help desk. Only one attendant is allowed per patient to avoid overcrowding. Masks must be worn at all times, and hands should be sanitized regularly. Food from outside is not permitted inside the OPD area.
Please follow the doctor’s instructions carefully and take medications as prescribed. If you have any discomfort or emergency symptoms, inform the OPD staff immediately. Do not offer money or gifts to hospital staff. Children accompanying patients should be supervised at all times. Dispose of any waste in the bins provided.
